Privacy & Data Notice
Last updated: October 21, 2026.
My Digital Invite is the public-facing name of this digital invitation store. For privacy questions or requests, contact contact@mydigitalinvitemx.com.
Information we use
- Orders and checkout: name, email, country and billing or contact details you provide, products, amount, currency, order status, and transaction reference.
- Personalized invitations: the name, age, event date and time, address or venue, RSVP and notes you choose to provide, plus up to two photos when requested for the product.
- Support: messages and contact information you send us to answer a question or resolve an order issue.
- Technical and analytics data: essential session, cart and security information, plus website-use measurements described in our Cookies Policy.
How we use information
We use it to take and fulfill orders, create and deliver the selected digital invitation, communicate with you, provide support, confirm payment, protect the store, understand how the store is used, and meet applicable accounting or legal obligations. We do not use event details or customer photos for advertising or a portfolio unless you separately authorize that use.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics through Google Site Kit to measure activity on our own store, such as pages viewed, general traffic sources, browser or device information, and enabled interactions such as site searches, outbound clicks, downloads, videos or forms. Google Analytics uses cookies or similar browser identifiers, so this is website-use measurement even though we do not use it to identify you by your name or email. We use the reports to understand store performance; we do not use them to build advertising profiles or track your browsing across unrelated websites. Site Kit excludes WordPress users who are logged in from Analytics. Google may process analytics information under its own terms and in other countries.
Payments and service providers
Stripe and PayPal process payments through their own services and privacy terms. The store receives order and payment status, amount, transaction references and limited payment-method information needed to manage the purchase. We do not ask you to send a full card number, security code, password or PIN by email or chat. Hosting and store operations use Hostinger, WordPress and WooCommerce; email and support providers may handle information needed to respond. Providers may process data in other countries under their own terms.
Personalization data and deletion
Each private download link is currently limited to 10 downloads. When that limit is reached, we manually clean up event details, customer-supplied photos, working files and final personalized files held in systems we control. In any case, we delete these materials no later than 15 calendar days after confirmed final delivery. The link stops working when its download limit is reached or the stored file is deleted. Please download and save your purchase during that period. Deletion is manual; reaching the download limit does not itself automatically delete files.
Order, payment and correspondence records needed to manage the transaction, a dispute, fraud prevention, or applicable accounting or legal duties are handled separately and may be retained for the period those purposes require. They are not covered by the 15-day deletion period. Copies you download and information retained independently by payment, email or social platforms are outside our control.
Your privacy rights
You may request access to, correction of, or cancellation of your personal data, oppose certain processing, or withdraw consent where applicable. Email contact@mydigitalinvitemx.com with the subject “Privacy request.” Identify the right you wish to exercise, describe the data or order involved, and provide an email address for our response. We may ask for proportionate information to verify your identity; please do not send identity documents or full payment details by ordinary email. We will respond within the applicable legal period. A deletion request may be limited where records must be kept to complete a transaction, address a dispute, prevent fraud, or meet legal duties.
Cookies, security and updates
Essential cookies support the cart, checkout, sessions and security. Analytics cookies are described above and in our Cookies Policy. You can manage or block cookies in your browser; some store features may then stop working. We restrict access to order materials and use private storage for personalization files, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We will post material changes here with a revised date.
