All products in this store are digital. We do not ship printed invitations or physical items.

Digital delivery

Editable Canva templates: The access download is available immediately after payment is confirmed. The PDF includes instructions and the Canva template link. The product listing explains what is included.

Personalized invitations: You can submit your event details whenever you are ready through the private link sent to your email when you place your order. Production starts after we receive the information required for your invitation. The product listing shows the estimated delivery time and what is included. Your final digital invitation is delivered through the order link or email described in your order instructions.

Delivery times vary by product and begin after we receive the required details. There is no physical shipment or tracking number.

Refunds

Digital files are delivered by download or link. Once access is available, they cannot be returned like a physical item, and downloaded copies cannot be taken back. For that reason, as a general policy, we do not offer voluntary refunds for a change of mind after access is enabled. Personalized invitations are made using the event details you provide, so we do not offer voluntary refunds once production has begun. If you cannot access the file, something is missing, or the result materially differs from the listing, contact us so we can resolve it. This does not limit any cancellation, refund, or other rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws. Before ordering, review the product format, included items, personalization options, and estimated delivery time on the product page.
